What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the product received date. Refunds will be processed once product is shipped back and received.
What is the status of my order?
You can track your order progress through the link delivered in your confirmation email. If you have an account with us you can login into your account and view your order progress.

What is a subscription service?
Koala Botanicals Subscription is a convenient way to get the products delivered to you on a regular schedule and also SAVE 10% on EVERY ORDER.
How do I join Koala Botanicals' subscription service?
To get started, simply select the Subscribe and Save option next to your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.
What will happen after I join the subscription service?
We will place your Subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder before each Subscription order.
How does subscription pricing work?
Once subscribed, you will automatically receive 10% off any regular price item you have on your subscription.
